You are more than welcome to include your extended family and friends in the mini session! Just note that with a 20-minute time frame, larger groups may limit the variety of poses and activities, as well as impact the style and focus of traditional portrait photography.

Due to the tightly scheduled nature of mini sessions, please arrive 15 minutes early. If you’re late, I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but the session time may be shortened to keep other sessions on track.

A rain check date is provided at booking, so please make sure you are available on that date in case of inclement weather. Mini sessions will typically proceed as scheduled in overcast conditions, light cloud cover, or cooler temperatures, as these conditions often create beautiful lighting for photographs. Rescheduling is generally reserved for severe weather, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions.

I will also send weather updates one week before and three days before your session to keep you informed and prepared.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so once without additional fees with at least 24 hours' written notice. Your retainer will be applied to the next available mini session. Please be aware that cancellations are non-refundable and also require 24 hours' notice.
